STORY BEHIND THE WINE
The Zìn Fiano of Produttori di Manduria comes from vines over 20 years of age located in Manduria in the heel of Italy. Fiano grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified in white in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control. Refinement also takes place in steel to preserve the immediacy of the aromatic profile. The Cooperative and its Members adopt integrated pest management, a practice of crop protection that provides for a drastic reduction in the use of pesticides.
